I don't give out 5 stars easily or often; but, this is one of my favorite movies ever. There are numerous stellar performances; it's funny; it's sad; the music/singing/dancing are fun; the shoes and boots are fantastic. Every once in a while I have to see it again (I've lost track of my total number of viewings).
Everyone to whom I've recommended (or gifted) this movie likes it--from varied backgrounds, tastes, and philosophies.
