Samuel L Jackson was totally wasted in this film, and his accent was stupid.l The girl with the bladed fake running legs was too stupid for an Austin Powers or Mr. Bean movie, much less something that's supposed to be a fun sendup of spy movies like Bond or the Bourne movies.
The third act was stupid beyond belief, especially the "deal" made with the girl in the cell. Overall, I have a visceral hatred for this sad waste of film - and my time.
