Review of Kingsman: The Secret Service (2015) by Helplesshap — 16 Feb 2015

Initially the plot was a little weak, but I am a sucker for good guys win, bad guys lose movie. Most of the characters were well defined and well played, but the scene where the senseless killing of every single person including the good guy mentor, was sickening and I had to leave before the end.

I was saddened to see children as young as about 9 years old at the movie with their parents as that scene was totally inappropriate and complete overkill. I thought the ads portrayed the movie in a more lighthearted manner than it actually was.

The R rating was for more than just language.
