It's definitely not as tight as the first movie, but I spent a lot of the time in the theater laughing and cheering. Does it lean to heavily on high dollar actors? Yes. Still it was enjoyable.
It also repeats the big mistake of the first movie: killing off characters that they will wish they hadn't if they make another sequel.
