Yes, the majority of its problems made this movie not as good as possible. Actually, the movie itself isn't dissappointing, I got what I wanted (excellent action scenes, a good score, Eggsy, Merlin an Harry).
Although, the Statesmen were very promising, yet completely wasted and badly-used in uninteresting and useless sub-plots. The american stereotypes, however, are delicious, the slow motion and CGI are perfectly efficient and Julianne Moore as the antagonist is really charming and funny.
"Kingsman: The Golden Circle" is not as bad as people are saying it is.
