Review of Kingsman: The Golden Circle (2017) by Matt C — 13 Oct 2017
It's good. Not as good as the first one. Lacked what the originality of the first. The film was made too Americanised. The first one was all about a British service that you could really buy into. I feel they choose to bring in an American side to try and make the film more successful, in doing so sacrificed the meaning of 'Kingsman'.
By the end they had stripped everything away from the Kingsman, killed most of their members, and making the 'Statesmen' the bigger party. It's a shame, I hope in a future film this changes.
Also why did Tatum have to turn up in a Kingsman suit? Stick to the cowboy suit please.
