Review of Kingsman: The Golden Circle (2017) by Norm D — 03 Oct 2017
The comic book series brought to life in the style of Roger Moore's 007 to the crazy 10th power - and with every special & CG effect in the book. It's a ride but the first one seemed to have more to bite into.
A stellar cast doing their thing here. Because of all the effects & good soundtrack this is one to see in a full Dolby Cinema (laser projection, Dolby Atmos). Halle Berry & Sir Elton nearly steal the show in supporting roles.
About 20-mins too long. The foul language, emphasis on F, was unnecessary in a flick like this & didn't fit with the overall genre of the movie. In fact, even with the language, this really wasn't an R movie.
The drug element had the right message ... and what "sexual material? Must've blinked.
