Review of Kingsman: The Golden Circle (2017) by Stephen Y — 03 Oct 2017

Take everything that made the original so fun and loved, multiply them 100 fold, and Kingsman: the Golden Circle is exactly what you would get. The Kingman sequel was certainly entertaining, but one can't help but feel this is what happens when you take a good thing too far.

Yes the outrageous and over-the-top were a big part of what made the original such a fun watch, but those parts were so fun because there were so many elements of the original that were grounded and relatable.

Golden Circle tossed all of those out of the window. Don't get me wrong. The acting was top notch. Dialogue was great. It was a fun 2 and half hours. Just don't expect it to be a movie you watch over and over again.
