Review of Kingsman: The Golden Circle (2017) by Shelly T — 22 Sep 2017
I was a huge fan of the first Kingsman movie. I loved how British it was and how rough around the edges the hero was. He's different in this one. They took away his thick accent and made him more sophisticated all the time, which is more boring.
The first action sequence with the car chase was so unrealistic I had trouble getting into it. The first movie had great action but was more believable. I was also disappointed in how little time was given to the girl spy he went through training with.
He should have ended up dating her instead of the princess. Having the story line be set in the US was a little disappointing as well because I had enjoyed the British aspect of the movie. All things considered I did enjoy the movie just not as much as the first one.
