Review of Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV (2016) by Jonathan H — 21 Aug 2016

While I think this movie actually deserves 4 stars I am giving it 5 because obviously most critics in the world are complete idiots. I have seen more good movies with bad reviews over the last few years.

I took a friend with me who had never played any FF games and he had little problem following the plot and really enjoyed the action sequences. How can over 80% of people like a move but it have a score of 4.

6 out of 10. In review of the movie, there were a few times where the lip sync was not great but there were also incredibly impressive parts where it was right on the money. And in regards to the facial expressions it is important to note that people who are in power and lead corporations and countries are often not very visual with their emotive responses.

This is because they have trained themselves to respond without emotion in order to convey themselves clearly and not to tip there hand. The action sequences were hard to keep up with at times, but were amazing.

Not to mention the snippets of series throwbacks throughout the film. This movie deserves to be acknowledged for the work of art that it is.
