Review of Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV (2016) by Reed618 — 05 Dec 2016

I was surprised by how well made this movie was. I assumed it would be a poorly thought out marketing campaign for the new final fantasy game but I was very impressed. The story isn't particularly amazing but I enjoyed it. The characters were interesting but none of them will leave me with a lasting impression.

The strongpoints were most certainly the voice cast, the animation quality and the action scenes. It was a really fun movie and if anyone is interested in final fantasy then it's definitely worth checking out. I'd also strongly recommend the much better final fantasy brotherhood - an short anime series introducing the main characters of the game.

While not worthy of a 10 I gave it one simply because I disagree with how poorly reviewed it is here. It's really more of an 8 out of 10.
