Review of Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV (2016) by Theedarkhorse — 02 Oct 2016
Story grew engaging after around 50 minutes. Technically difficult to wrap your head around at times (in a good way) and instilled feelings of elation on occasion. The voice cast for the most part dont ham it up. Early in, the voices seem detached from the characters but this resolves itself (according to IMDB the voice actors were recorded separately from the motion caption actors.I only just found this out so i'm not 100 percent on that) and I didn't like the ham fisted Shakespearean side villain Ardyn Izunia. Seemed cliche. That this is a prequel to an upcoming game is the icing on the cake. What a treat.
