No matter how many times I see this movie, it just gets better and better. Ridley Scott is an awesome director who has made the top 3 films of all time in my opinion and my favorites show that.
Hundreds of thousands of people have died due to religious fanaticism. This movie shows a small facet of time when it was at it's bloodiest. That being the time of the Crusades. This movie is not just about religion, it is about being a moral man when everywhere around you, you are faced with immoral people as well as decisions regarding good and evil.
If you have not seen this film, I highly encourage you to see this film.
