Review of Kingdom of Heaven (2005) by Dan M — 18 Jan 2011

The theatrical version of this movie was spectacular. Taking on the challenge of tackling a religiously motivated movie is like walking a tightrope over a pool of sharks. However, Ridley Scott did not disappoint audiences.

I fell in love with this movie in theatres, but this movie took on a whole new meaning after watching the Director's Cut. That version goes into so much depth, that it puts the theatrical version to shame.

I recommend that everyone who enjoyed this movie, to re-watch the longer version. World-class brilliance!
