Review of Kingdom of Heaven (2005) by Sandro R — 21 Dec 2017

The movie isn't short on epic moments, but it ultimately lacks depth. I found myself not really fully invested in the story or characters. I thought it was entertaining and historically rich, but overall it doesn't really stand out.

I think the actors do a decent job and the movie is well directed. The characters don't have as many layers as I feel were needed. It ends up being a fairly average experience with a handful of moments that really stand out.
