Review of King of New York (1990) by Mikey J — 29 Jul 2007
Go watch this movie and then go see the new musical version of Hairspray. When you watch John Travolta and Chritopher Walken kissing, you might slowly fall into a fit of hysteria like I did. Seperate the movies are very good, but together they bring facial expression to a new form of comedy unmatched by an other actor.
It is fun to watch this movie to see Christopher Walken doing something he is exceptionally talented at, then watch Hairspray and see something he does for shear enjoyment. If you can capture that, then you can feel it too and you get an experience that true acting is supposed to deliver.
