One of the most referenced movies in the hiphop industry, this movie talks about Frank White comes back out of jail trying to build a crime empire from New York. It's covered with over-the-top acting and a New York that's almost unrealistic in it's ineptitude to capture the crooks.
But damn, it is fun to watch.
