A damn good gangster film. walken plays a recently released from prison crime lord bent on getting his organization back on it's feet. but he attracts the attention of some vigilante cops while doing so and it gets bloody.
Some of the "look" of this movie may be dated =the music and styles, and some of the lighting, says late 80's/early 90's - but the meat of the story stands on it's own.
