A movie I had never heard of before. Depraved, unusual, and quite good. Walken is great as usual. Beautifully filmed and eiree reminding me a bit of Blade Runner. A different type of movie with many later.
Well known actors. The cops are, in many ways, more corrupt than the bad guys so I never really rooted for the cops. I recommend.
