Review of King of California (2007) by Cody S — 25 Feb 2009

I was pleasently suprised by this film. I loved the dialoge, gerat story, cinimetography and relationship between a detached father and daughter. The old treasure hunt set in modern day California gave it a great dynamic that a lot of movies are missing.

It was a good way to showcase how Michael Douglases character thought in how they shot close in for some scenes and then panned out only to reveal construction equiptment or a golf course where there once was just nature.

Woth seeing, I loved it.
