Review of King of California (2007) by Joel D — 29 Mar 2008
I had no idea what this movie was until I read the description. Being a bit of a treasure hunter myself, I suppose I have a biased opinion. That being said, this one hit home with me. I loved the comedy and Michael Douglas pulled off his character very well.
The only thing I wished was that the ending would have turned out a touch happier. There was a simple and plausible way to do it, but explaining would give away the end. If you're a treasure hunter, you would do well to give this movie a try.
