Review of King of California (2007) by Brad G — 06 Jul 2009
After a painfully slow start, I was ready to turn this movie off. However, because the story was so intriguing, I decided to give King of California a little more time to build. And wouldn't you know it, it really grew on me.
There's a bit too much fluff and exposition throughout, but the interesting subject matter and strong performances by Douglas and Wood make King of California not half bad.
