Review of King Kong vs. Godzilla (1962) by Gus S — 20 May 2008
Ridiculous plot is well-handled in this fun, exciting clash of the titans. King Kong's height has been increased by four-hundred feet or so and he's now able to get power from electricity, but it is still cool to see the old Kong back in action.
The sets are impressive and look very expensive. There is the standard Japanese corny-ness and the Kong suit looks terrible, but this is movie is really just stupid fun.
