Review of King Kong vs. Godzilla (1962) by I Don't Know W — 29 Jun 2011

Oh Yeah, here we go! I grew up with Godzilla as a kid. I had to get EVERYTHING related to the king of the monsters. Speaking of "king" I was also into King Kong. So when I discovered that Toho Studios made a film where the monsters duked it out, I went nuts.

Well since the plot is basically the monsters fighting I guess I don't have to describe it. The suits, Great especially Godzilla's (Interesting trivia: The actor's head was in the neck, so he couldn't see where he was going).

I noticed wide array of other monster movie music being thrown in, notably from Creature of the Black Lagoon. I must say, I'm usually against remakes, but I must say, this SHOULD be remade. People would line up around the world to see King Kong vs Godzilla.

I give this AMAZING movie 5/5.
