"MEET LADY KONG".
- 'King Kong Lives' is a 1986 monster movie directed by John Guillermin (The Towering Inferno, Death on the Nile)and the late sequel to the 1978 remake by Dino De Laurentiis (Halloween 2, Silver Bullet), starring Jeff Bridges (The Big Lebowski, Iron Man) and Jessica Lange (Titus, American Horror Story). The film takes of 10 years after the events of the first film and tells us viewers that King Kong has been kept in a coma for 10 years in order to receive a artificial heart-transplant. The film was badly received by the public. And yes, you do notice that the monster is a man in a monkey suit and the effects aren't impressive. Starring Linda Hamilton (The Terminator, Dante's Peak).
