I love this movie. It does have a few flaws, but it's the only one that actually meets the original in terms of quality (the other remakes are laughably bad). I always love being pleasantly surprised when the a remake holds up to the original, and this one doesn't.
.. it surpasses it. Sure the former was great for the time, but times have changed and it needed an update. This update was great.
