Review of King Kong (2005) by Nicholas L — 07 Apr 2015
A solid cast, dazzling special effects and a giant, "bad-ass" and also sweet ape make this movie an enjoyable piece of film-making.
It's not, by far, better than the original, but this remake manages to deliver some heart-pounding scenes which are visually amazing and benefits from the perfomances of Naomi Watts, Jack Black and Adrien Brody.
