Review of King Kong (1976) by Jackson P — 09 Jun 2015

King Kong perfectly captures the atmosphere of its time period, and the pure adventurous feel of it all is thrilling in itself. This is all helped by some of the best special effects put to film in a long, long time.

If there's one thing that keeps the film from being truly great, it's the casting choices, but that can be forgiven when there's so much good here.
