Review of King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (2017) by Joni G — 02 Feb 2018

It was a nice watch but not up to my expectations, less historical more fantasy and modern British street gang take on the Legend of King Arthur. The plot was full of holes, the storytelling going from fast-paced action to storytelling which was all over the place.

It could have done more with developing backgrounds on other characters instead of just Arthur & Vortigern. The fast camera works turned out to be a double-edged sword, while adding to the appeal and fast pace it made the pacing choppy.

I liked the majestic landscapes and the special effects, overall a decent watch.
