It comes always to the personal opinion of everyone if he ether likes or not a movie. Personally I loved Charlie Hunnam how he played the Arthur role, so I do not always look at rating and then decide if I watch the movie.
There are movies out there that got 100% but I can't understand how they got this high rating. In other words you have to watch a movie and then criticize it.
