Review of King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (2017) by Alex S — 15 May 2017

King Arthur: Legend of the sword, a lot of style but sadly wasted substance. Guy Richie delivers to us his take on the classic story and at times it works really well particularly when he starts to settle into the Guy Richie style that hes known for.

However the action for me was a complete missed opportunity, its all CGI down to the sword fighting. For some reason instead of having Merlin they instead have this female mage (thats right Merlin is not really in this movie).

On top of that It completely comes apart in the third act(Snake Poison?). King Arthur teases you with its potential but never fully realizes it, ultimately falling a bit flat.
