Review of King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (2017) by Edelson L — 17 May 2017
It's visually arresting. From beginning to end, you couldn't keep your eyes off from the screen and 50% of this movie contains slow motion sequences and that maybe is the culprit of why the movie is so long. Charlie Hunnam continues to poison his career. This movie is so focused on making it a franchise rather than creating a good foundation to make a franchise. Meh. 3/5.
PS: You gotta stop telling your directors to make every movie from your studio a Snyder-ish extravaganza Warner Brothers Execs. King Arthur and maybe more falls victim to this style of film making.
