Review of Kin (2018) by Giorgio G — 20 Sep 2018

This is surely one of the strangest movies I have seen lately. The main actor being a kid makes this a teen movie; but with so many people blown to pieces and dead bodies flying around, this should be at least PG 16 or 18.

Though there are some aliens which eventually don't look like any you might imagine, this should be a Scifi flick. But that ain't it either. With an ex con fleeing from his dept to low level criminals, hitting the road with his kid brother, this could be a road movie.

But that is not either the case. It is such a soup of genres that it doesn't fit anywhere and everywhere all at once. Too adult for kids, and too silly for adults!!! Altogether it wasn't really bad either, just strange.

One can wait for it on TV and decide if you watch it through to the end. 4 1/2 out of 10 points.
