It is unbelievable how misguided this films is. Nothing works. I can enjoy a bad movie when I feel there's either a sincere effort behind it, or the makers are so hopelessly clueless that the Camp factor kicks in.

But this film is so lazily written, directed by phone, and boring it's impossible to enjoy. Quite simply one of the single worst films I've ever seen. Not because it's epically terrible, but because there doesn't seem to be anyone in charge of this.

Way to waste a cast of very talented actors. I've seen straight-to-video action movies with more heart, brains, and style than this awful, awful film.
