Review of Killshot (2008) by Dan Y — 31 Aug 2009
Three stars for the performances. It's a real shame, there is plenty of talent in this movie (Mickey Rourke, Thomas Jane, Joseph Gordon-Levitt) and it is nicely done. The problem is that the story is simply not that engaging, it is quite by the numbers in fact. Basically we get a dull story told well.
There are some eye popping moments though, but they all (not surprisingly) involve our favorite Wrestler. Looking forward to seeing Rourke in Iron Man 2.
