Nothing more than a drug-addled trip through "Paris" with some real shithead characters. How many times will we see drug pushers tackling newcomers? How many times will the main villain take a bathroom break that is really an escape to shoot heroin.
FUCK I've seen it before, drugs aren't shocking anymore, just stupid. Maybe this was good when it first came out, but thirteen years later it gets left in the dust. Avoid this.
