Review of Killing Them Softly (2012) by Kimberly B — 14 Dec 2013

This isn't anything revolutionary in terms of plot or genre, but it's entertaining and engaging enough to keep you attentive. Some unique cinematography and more graphic than I expected. There's not a lot of violence, but of what there is, it's pretty bloody and graphic.

Brad Pitt is good, as are the rest of the actors. I'm surprised I never heard of this -- it's a solid & decent action/crime movie. Found the interspersing of political speeches throughout the film an interesting addition.
