Review of Killing Them Softly (2012) by James A — 15 Feb 2014

My first watch of this film left me wanting more after the abrupt end and (relative) lack of action coupled with the confusing plot. However my second viewing, adjusted knowing not to expect a guns-blazing film, fully revealed the masterpiece underneath.

You definitely need to watch this film at least twice to appreciate it's complexity, although the top-shelf acting is apparent within the first 10 minutes.
