Review of Killing Them Softly (2012) by Michael L — 28 Oct 2015
Brilliant in so many ways, the acting, the direction, the style, the way in which the dialogue is short and to the point, yet full of the way the movie plays out. Only a production company outside the box could find an almost unheard of, crime paperback and mold it into a polished piece of film like this, being cool, but slow and almost real.
Brad Pitt shows yet again, both as actor and producer, just how clever and professional he is, whilst Ben Mendelsohn is sensational as ever.
