Review of Killing Them Softly (2012) by Drew R — 15 Aug 2013
Pitt and Gandolfini interactions alone are priceless. Thereâ(TM)s a kinda surreal feeling from Gandolfini's character with his cynical outlook on life. I enjoyed his parts in the film the most hands down.
It's really too bad we won't have the privilege of seeing more from him in the future with his untimely passing. I was thinking back on his career when it occurred to me that my favorite scene in True Romance(1993) also involved Gandolfini & Pitt ~ playing a mob enforcer & stoner named Floyd respectively.
Hilarious exchange between the two actors 20 yrs earlier. In my heart and mind... LONG LIVE JAMES GANDOLFINI!
