Review of Killing Kennedy (2013) by Toby D — 06 Mar 2014
Good acting by several cast members earn this a couple stars, but it is such a superficial look at history that has already been handled in much greater depth by several other filmmakers that it inevitably feels lightweight.
O'Reilly's book distinguished itself by showing the reckless and breathtaking extent of JFK's sex addiction that made Bill Clinton look like a boy scout, but ironically that was barely touched upon in this flick which could have used that material to add something new to the pantheon of JFK films, but the filmmakers chose to downplay it.
