Cop is told he'll die shortly and painfully. A stranger offers to help him hire a hitman for himself. He accepts - and finds out that he's not dying. Mixed in with a serial rapist case he's working on, the story of his hired killer, the movie is quite original for a B-movie.
It's slightly bland, but the characters and plot are interesting enough to watch. I found it a positive surprise.
