Review of Killers (2010) by Johannas C — 29 Aug 2011
Bad, but not as terribly awful as it was made out to be, Killers coasts along on one thing: the likability of its cast. If not for Kutcher and Heigl's appeal, this would be the biggest piece of trash of 2010. But that's not to say they have onscreen chemistry...because they don't. Besides the actual cast, it's typical and extremely formulaic. In fact, some moments were so cheesy and painful I had to stop watching to recover. However, some elements made up for its flaws, but not enough to save the movie. It's still wildly mediocre and I would honestly not recommend it to anyone unless they are drunk and need something simple to comprehend. In which case, Killers is on Netflix Insant Queue!
