Review of Killers (2010) by Danny S — 30 Apr 2011
"Killers" 10 Scale Rating: 2.0 (Awful) ...
I went into this movie knowing it was going to be terrible, but did not expect it to be this bad ...
While on vacation, Katherine Heigl meets Ashton Kutcher and the two fall for each other. Turns out, Mr. Kutcher is a professional hitman ... yeah, I know. Completely plausible, right? Anyway. He decides to leave his old life behind and settle down while keeping his old life a secret. Unfortunately for the two of them, his old life isn't going to let him walk away.
Do I really need to explain why a movie starring Ashton Kutcher as a hitman is an awful idea? No? Good. I won't then ...
Kutcher was terrible and not even remotely believable. The story line is absurd and outright stupid. In fact, 90% of the movie is unbelievable, absurd, corny, and poorly done.
At least Tom Selleck was good.
