This movie freaks the hell out of me. The Chiodos understand the horror eminent in clowns and mine it to its full potential. The movie itself is pretty terrible, but at least the filmmakers realize this and have fun with it.
You'll equally be laughing and cringing (both at the clowns and the dialogue), but for all it's ridiculousness it's sure fun to watch. Damn good theme song, too.
