Clowns from outer space that are here to "collect" us and use people as food by sucking our brains through a straw.
Yea it is a minimal budget film but it does the best it can, which is not all that bad by using some peoples inherent fear of clowns as a rear fear.
The title draws you in, much like the clowns do with their crazy straws.
