With a title like that I knew this was going to be a ridiculous movie and I had fun with it. Alien clowns come to town and kill people with creative gags. That´s it, and this movie knows what it is. The masks were actually pretty creepy.
As for the story and characters...well, what do you expect, this is a horror B-movie. Pure 80´s campyness.
