Review of Killer Klowns from Outer Space (1988) by Julieanne J — 08 Jun 2013
If you're looking for a movie that has deep meaning and conveys a positive message that helps the individual and society to become a more enlightened entity--boy, do you have the wrong film. However, if you're looking for an over-the-top comedy--and don't mind a little slapstick horror in your comedies--hen this is the movie for you.
If you have kids old enough for horror movies, then I recommend it for them, too. But watch it first, parents, before you make up your minds; and don't try to use it to get them over their fears of clowns.
The only people I've ever met who didn't like this movie were adult claurophobics (peope with a fear of clowns). It scared them too much. Everyone else, sit back, relax, and laugh your fool heads off!
