Like a greasy deep fried Twinkie, Killer Joe is gloriously white trash and sickeningly entertaining. The characters are amazingly outrageous, bizarre, and full of wacky quirks. The writing is razor sharp, the pacing galloping, and the whole thing feels wonderfully clever.
