Yeah, I wanted to see this so much...ended disliking it and here are the why's:

The script has many flaws & cliches I wished were not there (won't mention them since I don't want to spoil it). Second of all how the characters met was so fast that it made me get bored very quickly without enjoying the story-line like it was supposed to be (if in real life they met that fast or had a connection that way, boring it was, well, depends who you meet but still, a quickly premise solved). I wanted to see more of C. Hall's character which was evolving and it's not bad other characters talked about "David" but I wanted to see it visually not by words of others (his story was interesting somehow but was not exposed the most). Daniel's character sometimes was confusing but in the end I managed to understand what his purpose was but still, some actions were not well written (can't explain without spoiling, so I won't say/write).

The acting was great but still not even that saved the movie from a 2 stars from 5 (even the music score was depressing...I know it was the 40's but gosh, what a boring time it was depending who's life it was of course).

I only can say is that some life's are not ment to be made to film...like an english professor said once: "not every life is interesting and even if you put fiction to it, will still be boring" and here is an example of that. Enjoy. - April 7, 2014 review.
